Frank Zadlo
Frank Zadlo
Frank Zadlo has been working in residential construction for the past 45 years. He has a bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and a Master of Fine Arts in sculpture from the University of Indiana.
Frank's artistic background with his years of construction experience provides our clients with access to extraordinary design freedom and an aesthetic sensibility that is unique in the construction world. Frank has not only built and transformed houses, but has created homes that are full expression of the client's vision.
Ruth Zadlo-Squillace
Ruth Zadlo-Squillace
Ruth Zadlo-Squillace, Frank's daughter, has been part of the team for 15 years. Ruth has her Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Virginia. Ruth has been trained in design, drawing and
job estimating.
Ruth's background provides the technological and organization know-how to handle the daily operations and ease of access for the client's to ensure they have prompt access to all aspects if the entire construction process.
